This site was developed by Dennis V. Damp, founder of Bookhaven Press LLC. Damp has an extensive background in career development and training. He worked 35 years for the federal government including active military service in the U.S. Air Force and in the federal civil service with the Federal Aviation Administration in high level management positions. Earlier in his career he was a training specialist who taught technical and career development courses throughout the country including directing and producing training videos and conducting onsite seminars. He was involved with federal recruiting, hiring, establishing interview panels, and was a rating official for selected positions in his organizations. He is the author of 22 books and has been a guest on hundreds of radio talk shows nationwide.
